I am having the same problem.  I think it might be my php.ini, I am hosting an Apache 2.2.4 server from my computer with PHP 5.2.5 and MySQL server version 5.0.45.  I tried to install ZenCart, an online store, and after two pages of the instalation it said that the page was there but it could not be displayed.  Also I tried to install PHPBTTracker+ 2.2 and ZenCart on Host Monster (an official website host) and it went through fine.  Please email me at aldenpease963@peaseenterprises.com if you find the solution.  Thank you.

      It isn't your PHP settings.

It appears newer versions of mysql have changed some rules about creating tables (or, rather, just started enforcing existing rules...)

There are a couple other bugs that I've located, so hopefully version 2.3 will be out in a couple weeks.
