Hoi,

This patch allows you to keep an eye on bugs that are not reported by 
nor assigned to you. Bookmarking is done by clicking the "Bookmark this 
bug" link next to the link for casting votes. A new field with 
"Bookmarked bugs open/closed" sits next the assigned and reported bugs.
