I have considered this in the past, but I haven't done it yet because of the time that would be involved in maintaining it. Of course you would want it to be the latest version, but you would also want it to be very stable, and that would require some effort. Since I have very little time to work on this project, so far I have hesitated to do this simply because it would eat up some of that available time. Another thing that would take some time is writing a script to convert the sourceforge artifacts for use with phpBT. Finally, you'd have to determine what to do with the artifacts submitted by 'nobody' since phpBT doesn't allow for anonymous bug submission. In theory, I like the idea of running phpBT for our own bugs -- it simple gives a better impression. However, to date I haven't been willing to surrender the time required to make that happen.
