[phpBT-dev] suggestion

templates/default/wrap.html and templates/default/admin/wrap.html shouldn't 
have bgcolor="#9999FF" hardwired since it doesn't honor skinnability.
I suggest replacing bgcolor="#9999FF" with something like: 
class="#navtitlebar" and then adding a navtitlebar section to 
styles/default.css
