[phpBT-dev] two new features

I added two things to phpBT.

1. saved queries are also shown on the simple query page.
   The saved queries are always shown, just as on the advanced
   query page.
   you can get the neccesary files here:

2. show saved queries in the home page when a user is logged in.
   This feature is optional and can be set via the configuration screen
   in the admin section.

BTW, I like the way phpBT is structured it's very easy to understand and
simle things like this are a breeze.
