[phpBT-dev] table sizes

I've just noticed there are a lot of tables created in fixed pixel size
like:

<table border="0" width="640">

wouldn't be better to use percentual size instead? so we could have a
uniform look&feel despite different monitor settings.... or there is
somethings wrong in this?
