Of course, I will make some changes to mail handling soon, if it will be
agreed. I think the best way for sending mail is to convert it to
quoted-printable with proper character encoding and then send it. I don't
know any mail client, which can not handle quoted-printable and national
characters (when sending it 8bit-encoded) are really problematic.

Do you agree?
