[phpBT-dev] what did I miss?

Hi,

I just noticed some critical bugs in my actual running version (it's
an older release) of phpbt and wanted to take a look at the actual
cvs. I made a checkout on a clean system, entered the url in my browser
and got only an empty document! what did I miss? I can remember of an
webbased setup, but it does not appear!
