It would also be nice to introduce a $sitename config option and to
change the default index.html template from
"Welcome to phpBugTracker" to "Welcome to <?php echo $sitename; ?>
phpBugTracker" ; so, if you have more than one phpBT installation you
can easily understand which you are currently browsing.
