perhaps there is space for additional suggestions, if the changes aren't
complete:

My ISP let me use only one mysql database, so phpBT hast to share the
same db with my other projects. I'm sure more people are in this
situation, so tablenames starting with a prefix like 'BT_' or 'phpBT_'
would be great.
Is this possible? I could do the changes.
