This patch gives you two new options. you can now write
log_file=$filename
to log debug messages to $filename. If you do not want
to log to a file you can just write
log_file=false
If nothing is specified it is assumed that you do not
want to log to a file.
The second option gives you a bit control over the log
level. You can write
log_level=$nr
where $nr is 1,2,3,4,5 or 6.
level 1: you get the error message and possible mysql
errors
level 2: level 1 + IP adress if the function
socket_create() exists.
level 3: level 2 + $context variable
level 4: level 3 + $GLOBALS
level 5: level 4 + $debug_backtrace()
level 6: level 5 + the code fragment around the error line
log level 6 is assumed if nothing is specified.
This patch also includes my other patch that gives you
the log_syslog option. This is a patch against CVS HEAD
and was created with
diff -Naur phpagi-2.17.php phpagi-new.php >
new_phpagi_conf_options-1.0.patch
I would be happy to write a few lines for an updated
README.phpagi if this patch makes it into CVS.
Thanx,
Fabian Müller
