  Why don't you simply put the code in a procedure and invoke it when needed?
  
  
  For example:
  
<?php
$version=3.14;

function func(){
 include("http://localhost:8080/JavaBridge/java/Java.inc");
} 
func();

$s = new java("java.lang.String", "hello");
echo $s; echo " "; echo $version;
?>
