If PJB can run without Tomcat let me what shall I do. I will test the pilot
application we developed without Tomcat. If it works then we can plan our
main application in different way.

Please let me know how can I make the required jasperReport jar files
available to PJB for instantiation of jasper report classes. Right now I
have
put all of then in Tomcat Lib Dir.
