shouldn't this be SERVLET:9676 instead?


INET and INET_LOCAL use a different protocol mode, which is selected by the native, GCC compiled
bridge.


If you want to use INET or INET_LOCAL, you must implement java_get_default_channel. Example:


 if(!function_exists("java_get_default_channel")) {
     function java_get_default_channel() { return 9876; }
      require_once("java/Java.inc");
 }
