My plan for this project as of 2018-08-09 is to have an administrator (identified by username and password) able to upload files and give links to the files to friends. These links are hashed so that only one with the link can access the file.

Also, the administrator will be able to generate a one- or multiple-use link for others to upload files to the server with an optional size limit.
