film strip scrambled wit > 185 slides loaded
Brought to you by:

The film strip gets unreadable and distorted/scrambled after exactly 185 slides (out of total 286 slides) when all are loaded into the applichation.
FotoFilmStriv is v1.9.91+dfsg-1 in Debian-Wheezy-amd64.
The effect can be clearly seen on the attached screenshot, the picture with filename \"GA_0336.jpg is the 185th slide and still in good shapen. All subsequent are distorted. A similar effect already happened in v1.4 and was especially seen when slides in \"portrait orientation\" were inserted in the sequence of mainly \"landscape orientated\" slides.
Best regards and thanks for this piece4 of software,
Ingo

Same happens here, with 1.9.91-trunk on Ubuntu 12.10 64bit, but it starts overlapping "frames" after you add the 197th image.
A friend of mine reported the same identical issue on Ubuntu 12.04 32bit.
It is no wonder that the same bug appears in Ubuntu as well: it is just a copy of the *.deb from Debian.
Probably we should report this issue to Debian's bugtracker?
I tried to estimate the number of (horizontal) pixels after which the distortion occurs:
Here it is roughly 17.5 times the screen-width of 1920px = 33,600px - perhaps this helps to pin it down?
I now have reported this Bug to Debian bugtracker:
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=695062
Hope it gets some attention there,
Ingo
