#5 No thumbnails

Not my thumbs :) The jpeg images I upload are correctly
stored but there are no thumnail versions available.

1) How do I check the server I am using has the tools to
create the thumnail view?

2) Is there anything else to check / fix ?

in INTSTALL file there is list of required programs.
Make sure excutables like 'cjpeg' are in your path
