Phost now works fine on Windows. I had put in some stupid Unix specific code (really silly). I have taken the opportunity to make some other small changes too, so it will be a short while before 1.3 becomes available.

It appears that Phost doesnt work in Microsoft Windows anymore! I will fix this some time.

I suppose Phost is feature complete now. I dont think there are any real bugs left either. If I find any bugs I will fix them, but in the mean time I will give some thought to version 2. I expect the next version to take a lot longer to produce.

I have placed an updated version of the initial release. The changes mostly concern code layout but there is a but or two which have been fixed, as well and some small graphical changes. Next release should definitely see the introduction of command line parameters.

The initial version of Phost has been made available for download. It is in a state which I would consider worth using. The next step will be to enable command line parameters instead of having to edit the script directly.
