#2 Parser re-write

It seems there has been a problem lurking with
NoBlockRead for some time. The Crimson parser fails
with "End of input exception" on certain predictable
occasions.

Rather then hack NoBlockRead again, the parser needs
to be re-written properly. As I'm the only one that
has worked with the parser's code before I should
probably do it..
