Hi,


I guess you installed the windows version of phonopy from conda-forge. Currently I personally feel it is difficult to take care of the windows OS users (I'm not sure in the future), therefore please try linux or macOS version. If you really have to run phonopy on windows, I recommend running it on WSL or WSL2.

I used phonopy for months on windows PC, and it always goes smoothly. Lately I upgrade it to v.2.27.0, and when I type the command of Phonopy, it shows Fatal error in launcher: Unable to create process using '"D:\bld\phonopy_1724418327670\_h_env\python.exe".

But actually I even do not have a Document named D:/bld. This problem has confused me for several days, and I truly need your help.
