Hi,

I guess you installed the windows version of phonopy from conda-forge.
Currently I personally feel it is difficult to take care of the windows OS
users (I'm not sure in the future), therefore please try linux or macOS
version. If you really have to run phonopy on windows, I recommend running
it on WSL or WSL2.
