Hi,

There is no feature to do it for DOS. But the output file
(total_dos.dat) is written in a simple format and directly readable by
gnuplot and maybe by other plotting software easily.
For band structure (band.yaml), phonopy-bandplot supports
superposition of several band.yaml type files.
