Hi,

I think I found the similar issue. I'm using version 2.4.2-rpost5.
The band.yaml does give the right order of band_connection, but plotting does not show different colors.

Dear Dr. Togo and Phonopy users/developers,

I have found that in recent version of PHONOPY the functionality on
plotting the bandstructure taking band crossing into account is broken.
I was trying the 2.1 version of phonopy and the one from git repository
with no luck. At the same time the old 1.14 version do the trick. Could
some one please check if the band_connection works or not in 2.х branch?
