Prepare FORCE_CONSTANTS file (phonopy --fc vasprun.xml)
Then  substitute FORCE_SETS = READ to  FORCE_CONSTANTS = READ in your 
phonopy configuration file. Make sure you VASP calculations was made for 
supercell.
