[Phonopy-users] units of force constants and output frequencies in phonon curves

Dear Dr. Togo,
    I am looking for phonon dispersion curves. When I pass the force
constants, do I have to mass-weigh them using the atomic masses? Also, I am
a bit confused about the units that I should be using for the force
constants (Currently I am using hartrees per Bohr^2) . Also, what are the
units of the frequencies  obtained in band.yaml ? Is it THz? Sorry I could
not quite follow the user manual. Can you please help?
