#19 XML_RESPONSE_LIST_ELEMENT = 'photos' change 'photoset'

In class Phlickr_PhotoList line 38
const XML_RESPONSE_LIST_ELEMENT = 'photos';

Photos will not match flickr xml format and cause data can't be read.
When I change to below will be fine.
const XML_RESPONSE_LIST_ELEMENT = 'photoset';
