I am getting this error message:

"OUPS :-( Cant access to C://Program Files :-S maybe problem with permession, or no such directory"

I have the script on a web host and I am trying to access the files on my local computer.

Can anybody help me?

  does the folder "Program Files" exist on your C drvie ??
  
  if yes , try to set another folder and change it on conf.inc.php
