Phex version: 3.4.2.116
Priority: low
Description:

In Phex Options window, the "Disconnect Policy" menu link is missing. Accroding to the "General Settings" menu decription[1], that item should exist there, under the 'Bandwidth' menu link.

How to repeat the problem: constant bug

Fix to the problem if known:
The item in menu should be created (if that function is implemented), or the information about that menu should be removed from options description.

Misc:
(1) General Settings description:
[...]
This section of the options system allows you to change settings that affect the general operation of Phex.
'Network' gives connection options to configure Phex for the Gnutella network.
'Firewall/Proxy' allows you to configure your firewall and proxy settings.
'Bandwidth' lets you select how much bandwidth you want to use for network communication, download and upload.
'Disconnect Policy' lets you configure rules to disconnect poor nodes.

I had remarked this while updating French and Turkish translations and was about to submit a bug report, but found that it had already been reported. I too think that it would make to sense to add the feature that is referred to by the "Disconnect Policy" menu, or if it's not ready yet, simply to remove the menu in the meantime. Oh and by the way, I think gregork has earned the right to update the copyright years again since he didn't make a release in 2011 :p

Disconnect policy was an old feature that was dropped long time ago.
I now also removed the text for it from the language files.
