About

The patch fixes the following issues when applied to the original P-GRADE Portal 2.6 source tree:
o really cancels EGEE jobs that haven't changed their status for 20 minutes and aren't in the 'Running' status
o applies a 20 seconds timeout to the file replication operation within the File Management portlet. Without this timeout the operations might get blocked.

How to apply

Download the patch and place it into the <pgportal>/portal_work/bin directory, and execute the following command in that directory:
$ zcat pgportal-2.6_001.diff.gz | patch -Np1</pgportal>
