#47 Simplify, refactor Examples/Simple. Examples/CommandLineArguments?

1st “-xml” is now used in the simple example. Since xml is optional, it seems to be a poor fit in that directory. Was there a compelling reason to have it there? I suggested to EBo that rather than running again with -tap in the same place that we create a new example which is for command line options. (Or maybe multiple examples.) -- Tom

I like the idea of an Examples subdirectory for command line examples. I’ve been feeling that Examples/Simple has gotten a little large and could use some refactoring for clarification. “-xml” is in Simple because the directory could not defend itself. I’d prefer adding another Examples/??? directory. -- Mike
