On NCCS/Discover (pFUnit internal regression tests): The INTEL 14 and 15 failures are on MPI robust runner examples. The failure is weird and may only occur with IMPI. When the robust runner starts the child process, MPIRUN cannot find or start an MPID. This occurs in batch on a node and is not easy to replicate. - Mike
