#35 3.0.2 installation doesn't work.

New python module, parseBrackets.py, was not included in bin/CMakeLists.txt's install list. Added to 3.0.2 master during merge conflict resolution from development. Lack of change to development led to build failure on CMake on development. Changes should have been made to development so that only merge conflicts were resolved on master. Also should have pulled master back to development after final regression passage instead of waiting over the weekend.
