#96 Feature request: MPG displayed on Record and main viewsview

I think it would be a great feature if, when the "Full Tank" checkbox is
checked, pFuel would display the MPG for the current leg of the trip.
It would also be nice if there was a way to display the MPG in a list
with text information.

Hi,

To display the MPG, you need to look at the previous record
and it is not easily available. But you have the information
in the stat form.
Go up by one (tap the up arrow in the lower right corner)

In my second paragraph, I mean something akin to replacing the "USG" with
the "MPG" in the list view.

i.e. Instead of listing the number of gallons purchased the last time I bought
gas, list the fuel economy there. As someone who fills up the tank every
time I buy gas, I find it much more important to know how I drove on that
tank rather than how many gallons I bought....

I fully support the request to add MPG to the main layout -
that is why I use a program like this. Optionally, it would
be nice to have a "Show columns..." menu choice where users
could display what fields they would like to display in the
main layout (in case they want to see the escalating gas
prices!)

Hi Mitch,

Are you living in Quebec if so you could look at how the
price increase on the thurday ! ;-)

In version 0.3.xx I'm planing to add a widget to be able to
go to the stat form of this record directly.

Someone proposed also to replace the car column for
something else I might place the Efficiency (MGP) there.

To be able to display what you what in a column can be rely
interesting I might look at that.
