#14 Mitsunaga/Nayar calibration doesn't save response curve

The output response curve files of those commands is always the same (except weighting function - it's another bug):

pfsin any.hdrgen | pfshdrcalibrate -c mitsunaga -s mitsunaga.m
pfsin any.hdrgen | pfshdrcalibrate -c none -r linear -s linear.m

    Looks like Mitsunaga/Nayar calibration works well (because output *.EXR image differ from linear), but it just doesn't save response curve.
