Updated code to update list of annot names in name1-3
when:
1) A value changes in seqName
2) A value changes in cluster ID
3) A value changes in syn1-10
4) A value changes in any seq annot
5) A new annotation name and value is added.

Bug Fix:
Updated to set empty value for syn1-10.
Example: if syn1 has pre-existing value as "xxxx" it can now be changed to " "(empty string)
