#32 Cannot add comments to ticket

Log in as Guest. Click on a ticket assigned to Guest.
Add comments. The button text says "Save bug". If you
click, the system returns to the bug listing. If you
go back into the ticket, the updates are there.

Log in as Guest. Click on a ticket assigned to Admin.
Add comments. The button text says "Save comments". If
you click, the system returns to the bug listing. If
you go back into the ticket, the updates are NOT there.

Can a user only add comments to their own bugs?

This is a known and "fixed" issue in the most current CVS
version. :) I think I need to make a release ;)
