Hi guys, the problem is on perlprimer.pl between lines 4976 and 4981, in the sub convert_ensembl.
The $transcript variable is null.
Something wrong defining $transcript on lines 4913 or 4859 with REGEXP, but I don't know exactly what you want to get.

Where it should be: http://www.ensembl.org/Vicugna_pacos/Export/Output/Transcript?output=fasta;db=core;t=ENSVPAT00000000887;param=cdna;_format=Text

Just fix the REGEXP. I'll try, but an internal developer is better to do that.
