#43 Readonly Textfield scroll problem
A multiline readonly Textfield, with lines longer than
the window width has redraw problems when scrolling
vertically.
It looks like this is to do with handling of
WM_CTLCOLORSTATIC vs. WM_CTLCOLOREDIT messages.
Attached script demonstrates problem.
