Compiles again (with hiscores in performous)

score and cur moved from players to database
instead of making it public the friends are listed
	to indicate that this is not a good idea
players.hh header removed where database is now used
change constructors to accept database instead of players
remove the m_highscore scoped_ptr, database has global scope
use shared_ptr immediately when Song is allocated
hiscore is used unconditionally: config item removed
