The attached patch fixes up the driver code to work with recent kernel 
changes involving ioctl().  See http://lwn.net/Articles/119652/ for some 
details.   Some of the changes are: removal of 
(un)register_ioctl32_conversion functions and adding a compat_ioctl 
field to struct file_operations.

This patch has been tested only on Linux/PPC64 on 2.6.5x and 2.6.14 
kernels.  The patch is not against current CVS, but hopefully it won't 
be too much hassle to forward port it in.
