#2 Major patch of multiple 3.4.1 files

Let me start off my saying that I am relly glad
that you decided to take over the maintenance of
PERCEPS.

About a year ago I made some fairly major changes
to PERCEPS while using it do document my templates
and classes in the mysql++ library. I send the
changes to the original authors then however he
never got back to me. So now that PERCEPS is under
a new maintainer I thought I would send then to
you.

The diff is with PERCEPS version 3.4.1. If you use
my changes the only thing I ask is that I receive
credit for my work as my changes are more than
trivial. To see how all these changes are used
please see my Mysql++ library available at
http://metalab.unc.edu/kevina/mysql++/.

I hope you find my changes useful.
