I am having a problem with PERCEPS which I suspect
is basic stupidity on my part, but I have searched
through the documentation, and cannot figure out.
I have a header file with plain old C function
declarations. I have tried adding PERCEPS style
comments to this file, but I have yet to get any
output files for these functions. Although the
example which comes with PERCEPS shows how one
would comment a C-style function, I cannot find
any output for that function in the files which
are generated from it. How do I get output for my
functions? Do I need something analogous to
CLASS.html.flt for functions? What file would the
output go to?
On a slightly different subject, I have been
forced to move all PERCEPS comments from my class
source file to my header files because of parsing
problems (I think) with the following:
//: brief comment
// detailed comment
int foo::TestMethod(int arg1)
{
// optional variable definitions here
struct stat statP;
// The method continues
}
The brief and detailed descriptions are outputted
as though they were referring to the stat struct,
not the class method. The class method output has
no brief or detailed descriptions attached.
I am including a gzipped tar of some example files
which show both of these behaviors.
Thank you for your help,
Jordan Wood
