Gnome Disks stays infinitely at 00%, I wait about 5 minutes and close Gnome Disks to check if it was written correctly. Gnome Disks in Xfce doesn't work properly, this Bug also happened in Debian 11 Xfce.

Great tutorial and it worked for me. However, I'm missing a step here. It is naming the flag on the usb stick after it has been formatted. Boot for bios, boot and esp for uefi. Obvious for seasoned linux users, but not for newbies. Do not use Unetbootin for this purpose, it won't work. (long story short, lol)
