Welcome to the PMOS forum. I'm not familiar with this app nor its intended editorial purpose or to the extent it can manipulate audio files.
My own needs are met by Asunder, to rip a CD into MP3 format, I have to install lame from the repos to enable MP3. I went off OGG, Vorbis etc some time ago.
