I try to connect to my wifi network but the password doesn't accept. It
keeps looping on the network manager as connecting but never accepts the
password. This is the driver I used https://github.com/kelebek333/rtl8188fu
Kindly help.

Thank you Cavy. I just realized it. I had two reports of my dual boot, so in hurry I posted the Linuxmint's system report. I just updated at the top my peppermint OS system info. Actually I have used PeppermintOS 10 before and this new Devuan version I was trying to make it work, somehow it wasn't connecting to the network and I think the team changed their older forum page, so was bit confusing..

We have closed the old forum, due to it being Ubuntu centric, as we have successfully migrated to Debian and recently added the Devuan base to those who prefer a non-systemd OS.
Back to the original question, which method did you utilise to install the driver..?
View my picture of my Dell laptop with Devuan installed, see the wifi icon that looks like an upside pyramid, when you left click on it, you will see a drop down menu with the various connections available in your locale, as you can see I have neighbours.
Note the default Ethernet icon looks like a cube with distinct bottom bracket to mimic the Ethernet cable plug-in.
The only time I have seen a broadband password go into a loop or the password pop-up disappear is when I have clicked on the wrong address and entered my password.
This is the driver I used https://github.com/kelebek333/rtl8188fu the steps to install is given in this link. I have done the same for each time I wanted to install this driver. Just that on Peppermint this time it wasn't accepting the wifi password. You can see in the picture. https://ibb.co/mv54d9N

Are you able to connect an Ethernet cable to your machine while in the PMOS install..?
It would be prudent to update and upgrade your Devuan, to eliminate any possible conflicts, then reinstall the driver.

I already updated and upgraded the OS right after install using ethernet cable, but still wifipassword didn't work. That's why I posted the issue here.

Thank Cavy as well.
He's the one that spent the time with you.
He was also the one to suggest doing the updates , by ethernet , then reinstalling the driver.

MMMM Weird.
I will assume as you supplied a Linuxmint install with your inxi printout, that you are able to obtain a wifi connection to your dongle..?
Which method did you use to install this driver, plus I'm not familiar with these configuration instructions.
A web search, I can only find success for Arch based OS, examples:

You need to create a swap file: https://sourceforge.net/p/peppermintos/pepwiki/Swap%20File/ as you did not include a swap partition during your install.

After updating PeppermintOS, did you try to re-install the driver for your WiFi card, while still booted to Peppermint ?
Thank you. It's working now. I did reinstall and it worked fine. Thank you
for helping KsWoodsMan
