Installation error i386 grub-pc i386 2.06-13 404 Not Found

hi all,
I encounter error while trying to installa PeppermintOS. My setup is :
Live USB Debian 32 (bit)
Laptop is 2 Gb RAM Intel Core Duo 2

the error occurred on Grub phase :

Command <i>/usr/sbin/bootloader-config</i> finished with exit code 100.

I tried several times, checking my partition setup. This is a dual boot along Windows 7. And as can be seen in my attachment, the error also damage my Windows MBR, so I need to re-install the windows to fix this problem (the command (windows) = bootrec /fixmbr doesn't work).

I just couldn't figured out what the problem anymore. I want to tried PeppermintOS so, here I am seeking assistance from this forum. any solution suggested? many thanks.

That error is telling you that it cannot connect to the Debian repos.
When you run the install are you connected to the internet?

yes, I connected to the internet. i setup the connection before doing installation.
