Hi Yomiz,
Have you tried to burn a fresh iso, occasionally the issue could be a corrupted download.
Also you did not mentioned how you attempting to install via DVD or USB? The method of install, for example an auto-install or a manual install. In legacy or UEFI. The make and model of your computer?

USB 'burnt' twice with checked PM-live ISO. Wifi working. The same computer was running PM-Devuan (v. 4 and 5) some months ago. Now Sparky 6. Always legacy boot.

Today, I had time to thoroughly check our Daedalus and Bookworm iso, then write each iso to a separate USB3 stick (DataTraveller G4). Which had its contents deleted and created a new msdos partition table and format it to FAT32.
I tried 20 iso in total and all produced a live-medium and ran a few installs, for example the auto-install, manual and alongside. To satisfy my mind, that our iso function and work as intended.
Plus my pre-loved Dell Optiplex 3050 MT, i5-7500, that arrived yesterday that will be my main PMOS business machine and frees up my twin Dell 3050 MFF i3-7100 desktops to be utilised as test machines.
The rig was set up with a Samsung (2.5") 500GB SSD and a Seagate (3.5") 1TB HDD for encrypted storage, GeForce GT710 graphic card and Tenda AC1200 wireless PCI wifi card with twin antenna.
The install was painless, utilising my usual UEFI and Secure Boot, and the Samsung file system called f2fs rather than the ext4, via a manual install method to create four partitions, a 500MB /boot/efi, 8GB swap, and two 200GB / partitions for Daedalus and Bookworm respectively, as this allows for the over-provisioning of unformatted drive space that a SSD requires for it to function correctly.
Please view the attached screenshot, I could not replicate the issues you stated above.
Last PM-Debian12 iso downloaded a few days ago. Checked hash. PM installation failed twice. Installer message (!?):
Edited for legibility purposes.
