#31 Feedpolling impossible

I get the "This feed has not yet been polled successfully. There might be an error with this feed." error message for every feed including the preinstalled feeds. I can manually poll a feed, poll them all at once, it won't change. What could possibly be the problem? My internet connection is (obviously) working.

I'm using version 4.5.0 but this problem already happened with the version from the Ubuntu 11.10 repositories. That's why I upgraded but it didn't solve the problem.

I am having the same problem with the version in the Ubuntu 12.04 repos. I don't know if it helps, but here is the output from running penguintv at the command line(I did not run as root!):
