The top-left corner of the image is placed at the center of the canvas when the user opens up a different image program, copies an image, then selects Pencil for use, and pastes the image.

1. Run Pencil v0.5 beta.
2. Run an alternative image program (i.e. Photoshop, GIMP, Aperture, Pixelmator, etc.)
3. Open up an image in that program and copy it.
4. Switch to Pencil and paste the image.
5. Observe the screen.

Result:
The top-left corner of the image is placed at the center of the canvas.

Expected Result:
I expected the center of the image to be placed at the center of the canvas.

Additional notes:
This issue is inconsistent with the alternative method of importing an image by either selecting the import through menus or dragging the image onto the canvas directly. This issue is further evident when entering the Camera Layer.

The issue remains in the current build from the rollback and restructuring of v0.5. The picture remains placed in a fixed spot.
