We have talked so much about the proper way to write the Pencil Code these
past years. For example it seems that we agree that data hiding is a Good
Thing, that initial conditions all need at least one line of description
and an ownership tag, that each module should ideally take care of
everything related to one single physical variable (scalar or vector), ...
There's not a word about these issues in the manual. Someone (Tony!) should
write a few paragraphs about good programming practice (according to Pencil
Code style).
